1.This extruder machine can produce feed pellets of different shapes and length. The fish feed pellet size can be from 0.9-20mm.
2.The floating fish feed pellets can float on water surface for around 12-24 hours. The feed is very catering and easy to be digested for aquatic animals, especially fish. The floating time varies by formula and puffing degree adjustment.
3.The voltage can be customized. Original is three phases, 380V, 50Hz.
4.It adopts auto-controlling speed feeding device; By adjusting the cutting speed of the forepart knife to get pellets of different length.
5.High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections, etc.
6.This extruder machine can produce both small round pellets and pet food pellets only by changing molds.
Raw Material
The raw material is: Flour,corn meal,soybean meal,maize meal ,meat meal,bone meal,fish meal etc.
Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.
Moisture content: about 20%-25%.
