Wood pellet machine is used for made pellets from different kind of biomass materials into pellets.Includes furniture sawdust ,rice husk, shell of sunflower seed, peanut shells and other various melon shell,branches, tree trunk, bark and other wood scraps; all kinds of crops straw; Rubber, cement, ash and other chemical raw materials. 
Wood pellet machine is a special equipment for making biomass fuel pellet and coarse fiber material pellet, with reasonable structure, stable operation, high molding rate and high output. Main structure: power part, transmission part, pelletizing part (core part is mold, clamping roller), automatic lubrication part, air-cooled dust removal system.
Features:
1. Vertical feeding, material freely falling after feeding, easy for heat dissipation.
2.While clamping roller rotation, the material will be centrifuged, makes material uniform distribution and high molding rate.
3.Fixed mold to make sure more stable running of machine.Two layers design can produce two types of pellets.
4.Two independent lubrication systems for the transmission part and the pressing part, to make sure safe and stable operation for a long time work.
5.Equipped with air-cooled dust removal system, ensure the machine have long and efficient working time,also have the feature of energy conservation and environmental protection.
