Machine Description
Wood sawdust dryer machine is a high efficient equipment for drying material. It can dry the materials mainly using the hot airflow generated by the fuel boiler, the machine is suitable for the material which contains high moisture humidity, such as the sawdust, rice husk,grain or other granular materials. 
Raw Material
1. Material moisture at range 30-60%.
2. Diameter of raw materials: 3-5mm.
3. Temperature of hot air: 180-250 °.
4. Material final moisture reduces to 8-12%.
Machine and consist parts
The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock.
Working principle and procedure
1. Put fuel into boiler for igniting and it will generate large volume of hot airflow.
2. Fan blower will operate as induced-draft fan and drive the hot airflow into pipes.
3. Feed humid material into inlet hopper. It will mix with hot airflow and move through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower.
4. Moisture evaporates as the humid material goes through steel pipe and moisture will be dried between 8%-12% for discharging. Humid air will be continuously exhausted to make sure cycling of airflow.
