Coal Ball Press Machine is widely used to making coal powder into balls for boiler, furnace, home heating, etc. It is also suitable for other raw materials such as gypsum,fluorspar,charcoal, coke, iron fines, chrome ore and other kinds of powder materials.
Working Principle
This series of briquette machine will feed the powder on to the two pressure roller through the reducer. The material will be pushed into contact point of two rollers while two rollers are rotating. When the material reach contact point, the pressure of two rollers has reached the peak. Tremendous pressure will press the powder size material to ball size according to mold, then final coal ball will drop on conveyor for discharging outside.
Raw material of charcoal powder ball press machine
1.Raw material size should be smaller than 5mm. (If larger, crusher have to be used).
2.The best moisture for briquette is 6%-10%.
3.The raw material include: mineral powder, coal powder, charcoal powder, iron powder and ect.
Final product
The final coal ball or charcoal ball is mainly used for boiler heating or used at home for cooking, BBQ.Size of the ball can be round or square according to customer's requirement.
Different mold size can be customized.
Final briquette size : 10-60mm.Which can be customized.
