c) Multi-point tracking and detection by photoelectric switch, electromagnetic proximity sensor, etc.;

2) Fully automatic pillow working principle:

With the improvement of automation, the operation, maintenance and daily maintenance of the packaging machine are more convenient and simple, which reduces the professional skill requirements of the operator. The quality of the product packaging is directly related to the temperature system, the accuracy of the host speed, and the stability of the tracking system.

The tracking system is the control core of the packaging machine, and the forward and reverse two-way tracking is used to further improve the tracking accuracy. After the machine is running, the film mark sensor continuously detects the film mark (color mark), and the mechanical part of the tracking micro switch detects the position of the machine. The above two signals are sent to the PLC. After the program operation, the output of the PLC is Y6 ( Positive chasing), Y12 (anti-chasing) control tracking the positive and negative tracking of the motor, timely finding and correcting the errors in the production process of the packaging materials and accurately compensate and avoid the waste of packaging materials. If the test fails to meet the technical requirements after tracking the predetermined number of times, it can automatically stop for inspection to avoid the generation of waste products.

Due to the use of frequency conversion speed regulation, the chain drive is greatly reduced, the stability and reliability of the machine operation are improved, and the noise of the machine operation is reduced. It ensures the high-tech, high-efficiency and high-tech level of the packaging machine with high efficiency, low loss and automatic detection. Although the transmission function of the food packaging machine is relatively simple, it has high requirements on the dynamic performance of the transmission, and the system requires fast dynamic following performance and high speed stability. Therefore, the dynamic technical specifications of the inverter must be considered, and high-performance inverters can be selected to meet the requirements.
