When taking oil from the oil drum, take a layer of silk cloth or typewriter wax paper from the filter and clean or replace it regularly.
Cooling water
The engine cooling water is preferably soft water, that is, snow, rain water or treated tap water and clean well water. When the cooling system is cleaned, 1% caustic soda and 0.5% kerosene are added in proportion to the volume of water.
Machine net
Most of the agricultural machinery operations are in the open air and in the open air. They are often in contact with dust, sand and water, and the body is most likely to be dirty. Therefore, it is necessary to scrub frequently so that the body does not rust, and if necessary, apply paint to prevent rust.
Lubricating oil
Always pay attention to the use of clean, nationally compliant lubricants. The filter element of the oil filter should be cleaned regularly. The rotor type filter is coated with a suitable length of kraft paper on the inner wall of the rotor to facilitate the adsorption of dirt under the action of centrifugation. When the dirt adsorbed on the filter element is cleaned, it is best to inflate it with a pump, blow it from the inside out, brush it with a brush, and never use it by hand. Use a clean calcium-based grease for butter. Do not accidentally inject other lubricants.
Air net
When the engine is running, the cylinder takes in 2 to 4 cubic meters of air per minute. In order to ensure that the air entering the cylinder is clean, the air filter must be inspected and cleaned regularly.
Water and scale removal
Insist on soft water, soft water, no salty taste, no or little minerals, such as rain, snow and uncontaminated rivers, lakes, ponds are soft water, can be used as cooling water after natural sedimentation; wells, springs, seawater Hard water, long-term use, will inevitably form a large amount of mineral deposits (scale), which seriously affects the heat dissipation effect, resulting in excessive diesel engine temperature. As a result, the working conditions of various institutions are deteriorated, the wear is intensified, the power is reduced, and even a vicious accident such as "sticking cylinder", "burning tile", and "holding shaft" is caused.
